Dry Cupping Therapy
for Tension Relief

A deeply effective treatment to release muscle tightness, improve circulation, and restore comfort.

Dry cupping therapy uses gentle suction cups placed on the skin to lift the tissues, release tension, and encourage fresh blood flow. This natural technique helps reduce muscle tightness, ease discomfort, and promote deep relaxation throughout the body.

Cupping Therapy Add-On

  • This treatment can be added on to any of our existing bookings for enhanced tension relief and deeper relaxation.

  • It works beautifully alongside massage, MLD, reflexology, or post-operative care by targeting deep muscular tension that hands alone may not release.

  • Adding cupping helps improve circulation, ease stubborn tightness, and support faster recovery of overworked areas. It enhances the overall effectiveness of your session, leaving you feeling lighter, more balanced, and noticeably more relaxed.

Marks After a Cupping Session

Dry cupping may leave circular marks on the skin — this is completely normal.
These marks are not bruises. They are caused by increased blood flow being drawn to the surface and usually indicate areas of deeper tension or stagnation.

  • Marks can range from light pink to deeper purple

  • They are painless and should not feel sore to touch

  • Most fade within 3–7 days, depending on the individual

  • Darker marks often lighten over the first 24–48 hours

Tatjana always works within your comfort level and will adjust suction and technique to minimise marking if preferred.
